During a CarePack night, the community comes together to pack weekend food bags for schools in our area to pass out over the next two weeks. Weekend food bags ensure that students facing food insecurities do not go without food during times school food options are not available (like weekends and holidays). Every year, Love and Care Ministries passes out over 55,000 bags to students in Abilene ISD and 9 additional local school districts.
We would love for you to join this night and help make a impact on students in need in our community. The Well has reserved 35 spots for this event and will be joining others from around our community. Please register everyone that will attend so we can have an accurate count!
